Description of Service
ATS Killers is an evolving multi-sport prediction and publication platform that provides matchup research, market comparisons, statistical model outputs, and related educational content. The Service is for research, decision support, informational, and entertainment purposes only. ATS Killers is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate gambling transactions.
No Guarantees
Model outputs and analysis may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or wrong. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes and sportsbook prices are inherently uncertain. The Service is not financial advice or legal advice and does not guarantee profit, win rate, or future performance. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the Service.
Membership and Billing
Membership pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional terms are shown before you confirm Stripe-hosted Checkout. Recurring memberships continue until canceled through the available billing-management flow. Cancellation and refund treatment are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact billing support if the self-service billing flow is unavailable.
Intellectual Property
ATS Killers owns or licenses the Service, model presentation, analysis, articles, graphics, and other original content. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, resell, or misrepresent ATS Killers content as your own without written permission.
Eligibility and Responsible Gambling
You must be at least 18 and meet the legal age and other requirements in your jurisdiction to use betting-related features. If you choose to bet, set limits, never chase losses, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
