Privacy Policy

We receive account identifiers and profile information you provide through Clerk, such as your name and email address. When you start or manage a membership, Stripe processes your payment details and sends us limited billing identifiers, subscription status, and transaction events. ATS Killers does not receive or store your full card number. We may also retain support messages, service requests, security events, and operational logs created when you use the Service.

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide member access, process and reconcile memberships, secure and operate the Service, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, improve product reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We use access controls, authenticated product APIs, HTTPS, and provider security features to protect the Service. Clerk handles account authentication, Stripe handles payment details, and Railway hosts the application. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials.

ATS Killers and its service providers use cookies and similar browser storage needed for sign-in, session management, checkout intent, security, and preferences. Clerk and Stripe may set cookies when you use their authentication or hosted billing services. Blocking required storage may prevent account or membership features from working.

Current core service providers include Clerk for authentication, Stripe for hosted billing, and Railway for application hosting. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We disclose information to providers only as needed to operate the Service, protect users, comply with law, or complete a request you initiate.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure homepage traffic. Google may process browser, device and network information and use analytics cookies. Our homepage page-view events use the public homepage address, not account names, email addresses, authentication parameters, or the full referring URL. Advertising features are disabled in our configuration. Analytics is optional; declining does not affect account access. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. We remember your choice in browser storage for up to 180 days when storage is available. You can change it below; declining disables further measurement through this integration and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not deleted by changing this preference. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@atskillers.com. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational needs.

The Service is not directed to children. Betting-related features are intended only for people who are at least 18 and meet the legal age requirements where they live.
